Mitch Conrad

Mitch Conrad is a licensed Colorado real estate broker associate with HomeSmart Realty.  Mitch specializes in helping seniors with their real estate needs as they transition to long-term care, empty nesters looking to downsize, and senior living providers who want to sell or add to their portfolio of senior living properties.  Mitch has been on the buy and sell side of 15 senior living property transactions in Colorado and he has been in real estate investing since 1998. Mitch own several senior living properties in Colorado giving him unmatched experience and insight around seniors real estate and transition needs.  In addition, Mitch has taken the Senior Real Estate Specialists course to formalize his education.
